Warranty-Certified Hermann Miller and Aeron Chair Repair in Canada
Is your Hermann Miller chair in need of repair? We employ Canada’s first Herman Miller factory-certified seating mechanic. We’d be pleased to assist. To best answer your warranty questions, we need details about your chair. The label with manufacturing dates and codes should be located underneath the front seat edge or on the tilt cover. If this is missing, an original receipt is required.
Photos for tearing or wear issues are mandatory for Herman Miller’s warranty claim process. Once approved, Herman Miller will pay all repairs if the chair is under warranty. We also provide repair service for out-of-warranty chairs; costs are billed at an hourly rate. Please email us for details.
