Canadian Shipping Overview

We offer Free Shipping in Canada on many orders. If there is a shipping fee, it will be calculated at checkout. Exceptions include deliveries to some rural locations including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote locations outside of major city centers. This is due to a Delivery Area Surcharge applied by some shipping companies. We will always contact you prior to applying this shipping surcharge and prior to charging your credit card.

Orders $180 or less are subject to a $35 handling fee. The shipping type is outlined on each product page on the Shipping tab. In-stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of order. Special order items are drop shipped from the distributor or shipped via Gabriel Ross depending on destination. Delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in "business days" this does not include weekends and statutory holidays. PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.

Normal Delivery (Canada) + Lead Times

Gabriel Ross uses Fedex for most deliveries. Fedex delivers during business hours only and a signature may be required upon delivery of your order. We do not keep inventory on all items. With the exception of showroom stock, all items have specific manufacturer lead times that can range anywhere from 1-16 weeks. Because these lead times change on the regular basis, please contact us for specific lead times. Lead times are estimates only. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability.

Redirection fees + Missed deliveries

If redelivery of your order is required due to a missed delivery appointment, you will be charged a $249.00 re-delivery fee. Once your order has shipped we are unable to reroute or change the delivery address or changes may result in additional charges. This is due to a redirect fee charged by nearly all courier and freight companies. Please email orders@grshop.com or call 1-866-207-1111 if you need to make changes to your delivery address.

Storage fees

If you are unable to accept delivery for an extended period of time after your order has shipped, you will be charged for storage fees. Rates vary but typically start at $150 per day.

Split-shipping

Split-ship options may be available. Items less than $180 will be consolidated to ship with other items in your order once they are in stock. If you would like to split-ship your order please contact us at orders@grshop.com or call 1-866-207-1111 and we can let you know if any additional shipping charges will be applied to split ship your items.

USA and International Shipping

We're happy to ship almost all of our brands to US addresses; however, some of our brands place restrictions on cross-border shipping. Simply select 'International Shipping Quote' at checkout and we will provide information and a shipping quote if necessary. We do not charge any sales tax to US or International buyers, however there may be import duties on some items. NOTE: Shipments under $800 will no longer be exempt from duty. Customs duties will be charged on every shipment, as well as custom clearing times may delay shipments entering the US. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties to their country.

We are unable to ship outside of Canada and the contiguous US.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please notify us within 48 hours of your order confirmation. We do not accept cancellations for Made-To-Order items once it has been confirmed by the manufacturer and a ship date has been issued. If the item has shipped and is in transit, it can not be canceled, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Changes to Orders

If your order has been confirmed by the manufacturer and a ship date has been issued, we are no longer able to make any changes. Please review your order confirmation to make sure all the details, including the shipping address, quantities and finishes are correct.
