Enter Our #GR_WFH Contest!

Gabriel Ross owner and president, Ross Taylor, shares his thoughts on our new work-from-home reality. And wants you to show us the good, bad and the ugly of your #gr_wfh office.
If there’s anything the past month has shown us, it’s the resilience of the Canadian workforce. From big corporations to small businesses, entrepreneurs and students, people have risen to the occasion and rapidly figured out how to keep things going. It’s a staggeringly impressive example of human ingenuity and solidarity under circumstances that none of us have ever encountered before.

In our own office, we made the decision to #wfh several Friday mornings ago, and I wasn’t really sure it could… or would… work. How our team mobilized to pull this off before the end of that Friday still makes me so proud. IT and phone systems were adapted to work remotely, equipment and office chairs were loaded into cars, a group chat was set up, signage went up, and by the following Monday morning we were all hard at it, from our homes. We’ve never been more together, even as we work far apart!
This kind of rapid response, work-from-home workforce is now the reality all over the country.

Celebrating #wfh
So let’s celebrate it! We want to see how Canada has made it work with a #gr_wfh contest. We’re looking for pictures of your office – whether it’s a beauty, a thrown together hack of a laptop on top of pillows, or an ingenious use of space. Just enter on our Instagram or Facebook social media channels. The good, the bad, the ugly. Bring it on.
Enter from April 14-21. We’re going to pick three winners and offer prizes we think will make your #wfh life a little more pleasant.

The Prizes
The three winners will choose from one of these three prizes.
What could be a better accent for your new home/work space, than the Menu JWDA Concrete Table Lamp?
The Herman Miller Eames® Hang-it-all is a favourite the collection because, let’s face it, hanging things is a necessity. So why not do it with style and fun?
And the Alessi Michael Graves Kettle with Small Bird-shaped Whistle is just whimsical. No other way to put it.
