Designed by the Milan firm Design Group Italia, the Magis Lyra Stool owes a lot to the way Charles Eames used bent wood. You can see the influence in the graceful molding of the stool’s beech plywood seat. Available in three height options.

Mattiazzi
Among contemporary furniture manufacturers, Mattiazzi, the family owned producer of wooden furniture in Udine, Italy, is uncommon. While many producers rely on third party factories and work in diverse materials, Mattiazzi operates with their own machines and has developed a healthy obsession for woodworking. Founded in 1978, Mattiazzi has steadily cultivated its local manufacturing culture.
Designed by Konstantin Grcic, the low slung Medici Chair is a love song to material - wood. Says Grcic, "I like the idea of wood cut into planks, which is how it is processed in the first place: the tree sliced into planks." Available in four finish options.
With a name inspired by a café conversation between a man and woman, the She Said Chair is a softer version of its counterpart, the He Said Chair.
