Kartell Componibili Modular Storage
Designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri in 1967, the Componibili is among the earliest applications of ABS plastic in furniture — and one of the most widely referenced modular storage systems in modern design. The cylindrical modules stack freely: combine single, double, or triple-height units, then add casters to make the tower mobile.
The current range spans three versions. Classic uses ABS plastic in a broad colour palette. Bio replaces conventional plastics with plant-based feedstocks. Recycled uses post-consumer ABS waste, maintaining the same form and colour options.
Available in Canada at GRShop.
The Componibili range includes three material versions — Classic ABS, Bio (plant-based feedstocks), and Recycled (post-consumer ABS) — each available in Kartell's rotating colour palette. Units come in 9-inch and 15-inch heights; stack them to reach the configuration you need, and add the optional caster base to make the tower mobile.
