Lighting

Knoll's lighting range consists of three task and under-cabinet products designed to integrate with its office and residential furniture. Unlike Knoll's furniture range, which spans decades of production, the lighting collection is focused: one articulating desk lamp, one compact task lamp, and one under-cabinet strip, each addressing a distinct position in a workspace.

The Copeland Light, designed by Stephen Copeland, is an articulating desk lamp with a counterbalanced arm that holds its position without tension springs. It provides direct-indirect light distribution and is available in finishes that coordinate with Knoll's metal frame colours across the office range. The counterbalanced arm holds any position it is placed in without drift, a mechanical distinction from spring-arm lamps.

The Sparrow Desk Lamp uses a compact form with a flexible neck for directed task lighting where a smaller footprint is needed. The Highwire Under Cabinet Light mounts beneath Knoll shelving or storage units, providing low-profile illumination for desk surfaces without the lamp body entering the line of sight. All three products are sized and finished to work within the Knoll office furniture system.
