Alessi ACO03 Trinity Fruit Bowl
The dynamic formal rhythm of the “Trinity” fruit bowl designed by Adam Cornish draws inspiration from the sinuous spiral structure of the shell of the “Nautilus” mollusc. The designer wanted to recreate the appearance of a natural element through modern industrial production processes.

Adam Cornish’s work is born of simple observational based design. Adam believes his work is both inspired by and contributes to the continuing evolution of products. Just like animals and plants; products need to evolve and adapt to better suit the continually changing environment, advances in materials or new technologies and the impact each of these have on our planet.
Adam studied Industrial Design at the University of Technology Sydney and more recently, completed a degree in Furniture Design at Royal Melbourne's Institute of Technology, where Adam retains a close affiliation. He regularly lectures and shares insights into his manufacturing experiences with students at RMIT.
The scope of Adam's work includes an impressive range of design disciplines, including furniture and household innovation, as well as complex commercial and residential installations.
Alessi is known for producing many of the most iconic home accessories and homeware in the world. Founded in 1921, each product elevates the expression and function of household items, from tableware and flatware, kitchen and bathroom accessories to tea kettles and coffee makers, and more.
In collaboration with internationally recognized designers such as Michael Graves, Philippe Starck, and Richard Sapper, Alessi embodies Alberto Alessi’s vision that "A true design work must move people, convey emotions, bring back memories, surprise, and go against common thinking."
This item qualifies for free door-to-door delivery within Canada, with a few exceptions:
- Orders $180 or less are charged a $35 small order fee at checkout.
- Additional charges apply for Remote Delivery Areas including the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote locations outside of major city centres.
- Small items will be delivered by FedEx or other courier service in your area.
- Large items will be delivered by freight service. This is standard curbside delivery; meaning the driver will not haul up an incline or up stairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside, complete any assembly, and remove packaging debris.
