Lapalma Lusto S461 4-Leg Stool
The idea behind the design springs from observing roots joining to form the trunk of a plant (hence the name LUSTO, which, in Finnish, refers to the rings of a tree trunk). Likewise, the legs of the stool rise upwards to converge and reach the seat, with its original rounded square shape. The powder-coated metal footrest echoes the profile.And if proposed as an accessory in a different colour finish, it brings a touch of originality to the ensemble. Ideal for contract environments, such as corporate spaces, restaurants or offices, it can also be used in the home, in the kitchen or as an informal seat for home office spaces.

Karri Monni
Finland, 1969
Kari Monni studied at the Institude of Design in Lahti, Department for Interior Architecture and Furniture Design between 1994 and 1998. In 1999, he started his own design studio called Karri Monni, and in 2006, he started another company called Koon Design Oy.
Since 2001, he has been designing furniture for Lapalma and has done furniture and interior design work for Amer Sports, Nordea Bank of Finland, Vacon, Sampo, Metso, and more.
Born and bred in Cadoneghe, Italy, Lapalma founders Dario and Romano Marcato began crafting furniture in a humble garage more than forty years ago. The brand has evolved to serve 81 countries from its eco-friendly headquarters. - Small items will be delivered by FedEx or other courier service in your area.
- Large items will be delivered by freight service. This is standard curbside delivery; meaning the driver will not haul up an incline or up stairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside, complete any assembly, and remove packaging debris.
