The Coat Dots by Hella Jongerius are mounted on an extendable pin that can be pulled slightly away from the wall to provide a handy peg for jackets and clothes hangers. At the same time, they can also simply be utilized as decorative wall elements. The Coat Dots are available in sets of three colour-coordinated balls including mounting material.

After graduating from Eindhoven Design Academy in 1993, Hella started her own design company, Jongeriuslab in 2000. She has become known for the special way she fuses industry and craft, high and low tech, traditional and contemporary. Hella Jongerius produces her own projects and projects for clients such as Maharam, KLM, and IKEA. Hella Jongerius has also made major contributions to the steadily growing Vitra Home Collection, including the Polder Sofa.
Her work has been shown at museums and galleries such as the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum in New York, MoMA in New York and the London Design Museum.
